Volunteer Of The Year for Innovation. Tor Bruce. Founder and Chief Executive of Eye Of The Fly. It took from 2001 to 2006, for Eye Of The Fly to establish, building partnerships and momentum through its community Outreach programme across the Tyne and Wear regions. The realisation that the Charity would then occupy its own leased premises was a massive boost, allowing an Inhouse programme of activities to compliment the existing work.
